Return & Exchange Policy
At AASTHA, we follow a very customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or issues. Please ask as many questions as you wish before confirming your order including fabric, design, measurements or anything that helps you make your decision, we would love to assist you with the same.
You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the time of purchase.
No refund/exchange in case of dislike the products (Colour/fabric/product)
To report damage, please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery along with the mandatory parcel opening video for verification purpose

Once your return request is verified we will send you a fresh piece of the particular design on receipt of your defective piece or if it’s not available we would provide you a credit note of the same amount valid for 30 days.
Returnable items:
We accept returns only if mistake done from our end
* Wrong piece delivered
* Defective piece delivered
Items for return must be in original packaging, shouldn’t be worn and in original condition.
Kindly note that items purchased in sale are not eligible for return/exchange.
